You should be able to get lot of info about Air Atlanta through the search engine in PPrune.
Many different opinions about them. Some good some less than that..
Mainly seem to be the issue of they salary schemes. Obviously not the best paying company but if you like to fly a lot, AAI is the way to do it!
They seem to run they own type courses as well in case you are not typed on 747.

Arrow AAI

Not a bad company... On the contrary it is a good one, but it is not for everyone.

Personally I have no grievances, but I do know that a lot of people are not happy with payscales here. However, upon signing a contract all details are known to both parties (I did not have any surprises) and no one person is forced by the company to accept employment or to sign a contract.

We have various bases worldwide, with the B747 "classic" fleet seeming to have the best ones now. There are quite a few short term contracts to in addition to longer term deals. It has been a great variety. One day cargo from Hong Kong and other Hajjis from Jakarta.

One can expect to do a fair deal of travelling while employed and for a person with a family this might not be an ideal situation. Additionnally when you are not available for the company you will not be paid your daily rate.

Anyways, doing a search on pprune will yield a lot of posts both negative and positive. Just take em all with a grain of salt. Everyone seems to agree though that it is the people here that make it fun. We have a bunch of good people in all departments that like the company.

Any questions? I'll be hppy to answer.

Arrow Experience

At the moment company is looking for experienced people, but have been know to hire people with low hours as well. So it is worth your while to apply, regardless of your experience.

have a look at www.atlanta.is for some extra info on the company.
