Call them! Check if they've got it. A thing about RR is that the application sometimes is denied because of lacking info. My guess is that if they have a large number of applications, they don't bother to look at the ones with some sort of errors in them.
But from what I've heard they need a whole bunch of CC's.
They even sent me an offer to apply as a CC, even though I'd applied for a position as a pilot.
