Can someone tell me what this newspaper article is about??

KLM-exel vurderer flygninger i Norge
Oslo (ANB): Flere utenlandske flyselskaper lukter på det norske innenriksmarkedet. Det nederlandske flyselskapet KLM-exel er blant dem som nå vurderer å starte flygninger i Norge.

Onsdag skal KLM-exel, som allerede har hatt møter med tanke på hangarleie og catering, ha møte med Luftfartsverkets regionledelse i Trondheim. KLM-exel har i første rekke rettet oppmerksomheten mot strekninger i Norge som i dag fortsatt bare opereres av ett selskap. Blant annet skal strekningen mellom Oslo og Ålesund være interessant. Trolig vurderes også strekningen Oslo-Kristiansand og Oslo-Bodø.
– Vi er i samtaler med aktuelle partnere i Norge, men vi er foreløpig i en svært tidlig fase i prosessen, opplyuser selskapets talskvinne Patrice Hamers til Aftenposten.
KLM-exel er et partnerselskap av KLM, og ble opprettet som Air Exel i 1991. Selskapet eies av tre større nederlandske investorer. KLM har ingen eierinteresser i selskapet. I dag har KLM-exel en flypark som består av 13 fly.
Disse brukes til å operere selskapets flygninger fra Maastricht og Eindhoven til Amsterdam, London, Paris og Hamburg. I tillegg driver selskapet charter- og leasingvirksomhet.

Does it mean that KLM-exel is starting to fly out of Norway?

They are thinking about starting up a few routes within Norway, Oslo-Ålesund and so on.

I wish low cost airline flew to Norway from the UK from a northern base.

Norway = great people, great food, and of course Fantastic scenery

That, I most certainly can agree on!! Some reeaalllly cute chicks in Norway! .....and the way they talk....jeez!! Makes my veins pop!
