No - if Charles died, William becomes next in line. The direct lineage through Charles still takes precedence, even if he is dead. If Charles and William died, the baby would be next in line. Then Harry, and then Andrew.

Might be a safer bet to say our next King will not be Charles. There has been plenty of "gossip" about that suggests he (Charles) will be crowned King George VII rather than King Charles III.
