It's amazing what some flattering light and a bucket load of makeup can do, not to mention photoshop but the fundamentals remain the same. She looks like a box of fire damaged lego.

However I do come from an SH background. At least the pilots needed all three of the requirements listed above, whereas the crewman only needed two.
