I seem to remember a certain female Air Loadmaster, (You know, the person down the back that was used to counterbalance the Navigator up front) removing all the pins from the load they were carrying because all those nice little red flags said remove before flight. :ugh:

Do you also remember the US aircraft carrier vs the lighthouse? Happened around the same time....
