The guys who stayed in the CAF must be happy that those of us who got out and might get back in, are to get a bonus for signing on again. ---NOT---. I don't blame them for being pissed at that stupidity.

Unbelieveable....(Shaking my 'heed'). I don't know if you are onto CFPilots.ca but there is some good ol' Canuck banter re: this issue. I am sooooooo glad I stuck around thru FRP and OJT to see this day!
Did you read the "Reader's comments" at the bottom of the page on your link? Jeez, and they wonder why people aren't breaking down the door....
...Speaking of which, how's the sandbox? I hear BWoS has been losing some pilots...any thoughts to going back to the Tax Capital of the World?? You too could land a job at Goose Bay Ops!

Oh yes I've given some thought and a bit of action too about getting back in. I've been out here four years and think that when I get to five that will be quite enough. Not really looking forward to paying taxes again but what can you do about that! Goose Bay is another issue
BWoS is losing a few pilots, but seems to be holding it's head above water for the most part. They offered us a £4500 bonus if we do not have our release before Dec 13th. Just about pays for the carpets we bought
