I cant believe it. The annual combat between the Army and the Navy and you cant get the results anywhere! Great day out though, shame I missed it this year.

Many thanks for the link. Having just read it the Army line up makes it look more like Navy V Fiji. Have the Army been taking tips from the Welsh??

No surprise, then, that the Army has done so well at Sevens recently. They won something big last year (Middlesex Sevens?) and missed retaining it this year probably because many of them were involved with GW2.

I should have added 'Good for them'. I understand that in the National Service days, when the RAF had a decent number of sportsmen, certain sports were concentrated at particular stations. This upped the standards and is how the RAF rowing team represented GB at (I think) the 1952 Olympics where (I think again) they 'medalled'.

Couldn't the Army spare seven sqauddies from GW2 ?? Christ they must be good.
The Crabs don't seem to rate in rugby any more which is a pity. RAF Digby boasts alot of activity on the rugby field though. Can't wait for the season to start again so that I can go there and watch the crabs handbagging each other !!
