Think I can help with four of them:-

IRT - Instrument Rating Test

IRE - Instrument Rating Examiner

QFI - Qualified Flying Instructor

QWI - Qualified Weapons Instructor

CRE - Class Rating Examiner (A JAR-FCL term - not military)

TI - Tactics Instructor. What those who were neither QWIs nor QFIs at Tactical Weapons Units used to be termed.

PNTI - Person of No Tactical Importance. Term used to describe the desk sucking blotter jotters who are as grit in the smooth running of tactical operations. Known to the US as 'REMFs' or Rear Echelon Mother F*ckers!
