The intake suction relief doors (aux air intakes) would have been closed anyway at speeds above about 200kts and therefore even more difficult to see than if they had been open!

And why aint anybody coming forward with the reasonable answer if the know that it's all a hussle about gear pins and landing gear?
Let me say it like this: My boss contacted the journalist in question, but she was not interested in is input........
Did not fit with her theory perhaps?
The personell working for Bardufoss air base has to my knowledge not been approached by the journalist eighter.
