Question FSTA - pay & retention

good day all,

need some gen on FSTA, what are the thoughts on it - in particular has anyone thought about possible crew retention (pay inconsistencies between regular and reserve crew), and will a system akin to that of the ANG in the US develop where pilots fly the airliners during the week and F-16 at the weekend (possible consequences etc). in short, are we going to run into another retention nightmare and a lot of hot water?

Don't worry about FSTA pay and retention. Worry about how the merchant bankers are going to be persuaded to cough up all that dosh up-front. Worry about the Treasury seeing the bill for the first gallon of fuel and embracing total disarmament. Worry about centre galley restraint. Don't worry about pay - if you need to worry about it you can't afford to do it.
