Maybe an element of getting away with this today? Looking at the video, there seems some waggle room for tweaking before the next flight?

It makes you wonder of its capabilities and also saddens one that the U.K. can no longer crank out new aircraft like this in a relatively short time frame… we are rapidly being left behind and beholden to the USA at the deficit of home grown designs.

Yes I know we have one design on the go… but 70 years ago that would have been one of many that we sold around the world, heck we cannot even build a new trainer these days.

Don't despair too much, the Turks couldn't have done this without significant input from the UK.
