Someone in my network is looking for this publication:

And can't find it.

Is anyone able to help locate a copy? Or holds a copy and I can put them in touch with?

Thanks chevvron, it's not for me, and I don't know why they want that specific publication, but, i will pass the link on to them to see if its of use.
