Reds and Typhoons grounded ????

Scanning the dailies headlines on the Beeb site, shows a Telegraph sub-heading to the above effect. Whassup ??

The Times has an RAF source saying says it's to do with the seat ejection cartridge. Fault found during "a routine inspection".
