RAF Troodos/Akrotiri, Signals Unit 280, Cyprus, 1982

Hello,

If you served (or know anyone who served) as a pilot at RAF Akrotiri or in any capacity with Signals Unit 280 in Cyprus in 1982, please would you reply on this thread?

I'm researching a historical event that occurred over the Mediterranean in October 1982.

Thank you.
