Today the RNoAF flew the last operational flight with the F-16 out of Bodų.
At the same time the F-35 assumed the QRA mission from Evenes.

Salute!
You know you are getting old when most of the planes you flew are retired or handed off to another user.
I salute the Norway troops I flew with in 1979 for my own check out, and theirs. They flew the very first Vipers in the frozen north and helped develop many inprovements on the beauty.
