Some films from the past

Military Aviation A forum for the professionals who fly military hardware. Also for the backroom boys and girls who support the flying and maintain the equipment, and without whom nothing would ever leave the ground. All armies, navies and air forces of the world equally welcome here.

Not a weather man but watch it on the news, most of it appears to form over the Atlantic areas then pass over us heading towards the continent, so would they not base the forecast of what we have had in the UK and that from shipping and aircraft operating in both the South and North Atlantic, plus information from aircraft operating over enemy territory?
Just a guess.
