How far is the training programme civilianised?

Just had a chat with an ex-RAF mat, he reckons all QFI instruction in all short of the Hawk T2, is civilianized? I thought the Texan T1 and Phenom T1 at least were crewed by RAF instructors?

Your mate is incorrect FB. All elements include a mix of civ/mil instructors
