The Brass

Any one know of a 2 Star (or above) officer to make a good decision? ... once they had hit the dizzy heights that is..... just curious, cos I know a few who don't seem to want to listen to well reasoned advice! Maybe its just that they are not allowed to be sensible anymore - but surely they could write that out of their own job specs!
