Bombardier Gets Contract for Up to 6 E-11A BACN Aircraft
A $464.8 million 'indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity' contract with only one confirmed aircraft has been awarded to Bombadier's Learjet Inc subsidiary for. Looks like this is a replacement for the one lost with its crew on 27 JAN 20; with what looks like the hope of getting the others to replace the EQ-4Bs (something previously rejected by Congress). Unusual to see a manned (personned?) system being slated to replace an RPAS.
