Came across this feed from Edwards AFB about repatriation of two of ours from the F-35 CTF.

In the absence of any details which might provide a basis for professional discussion of (eg) safety or procedures, this strikes me as the sort of tragic news best communicated privately and not really suitable for a forum. (With reference to the initial tweet, some organisations use Twitter to increase reach among their internal target audience).

Agreed - in the absence of any indication that this is at all service related we should avoid comment

To be fair I think the OP was only highlighting the honorable and moving tribute by their American colleagues
