Can't open the link but I do remember it.
An ex member (female) of my ROC post had just 'joined' up' and was training at Halton when it occurred; she said she knew the victim and the girls had a seance using a Ouija board (don't think she told me it was a Planchette) to see if they could learn more which revealed the name of a person who was well known amongst the girls for 'hanging round' them as the culprit..
This was so upsetting for some of them they agreed not to tell anyone else on the station.

Perhaps you should pass that on.. No matter how trivial it may sound, it might help
