He needs to be aware of electricity pylons and I think I have collected his or her underwear in my field. It’s a bit brown. Cobham deny all knowledge

Possibly you witnessed Dassault Falcon 2000EX Farnborough to Bournemouth?
I can't see the flight dropping below 750 feet in your area? Flight originated in Italy and looks like it went into Farnborough before heading to Bournemouth.

Flight aware at 1.31 shows it dipping to180m over the fort area. The ground is 110m there having risen from the direction it came so it could have been a little bit less than 500' above the buildings if flight aware is correct. At 230mph, that seems like a risky bit of flying for a private aircraft which would normally attract the attention of the enforcement department of CAA. Of course, if it was a test of the low level capability of ASWE, it was probably all above board. I see that Wincor in Liechtenstein are in liquidation - are they the real owners?
Not a colonel and generally enjoy a bit of low flying , but know when someone is not paying appropriate attention to what’s out of the front porthole when I see it. Are you any relation of Chris Peacock our old local Itv news reporter?
the person in charge was damn lucky not to hit an electricity pylon right in front of me. Only a good pull. And max thrust got them up up and away Far bit of wing rock too

It's obviously caused you genuine concern, the guys above seem to have an ident on it, maybe you should put in a call to the CAA rather than than the nearest Falcon operator (there are several in the UK).

So, he saw the pylon, avoided it, and has presumably learned a lesson or two. The point of your call to him would be to say what?
My phone call would to say..simply . what did you learn?
I dont beleive in reporting for reporting sake unless the answer to the question above does not meet the level of contrition required when the consequences of the outcome could have had significant detrimental effects on my desire to remain on this mortal coil and those of a few others I care about.

Dagenham - with respect the correct name is Cobham (after the great Sir Alan) not Chobham, also unless the aircraft was painted dark blue with a rather dashing white flash on the fin with COBHAM plastered in white on both sides of the fuselage & also more than likely carrying up to 4 missiles (Sun speak for the various EW pods they hang under the wings) then thankfully it wasn't one of theirs :-)

This self-lnvestigation caused me to remember an incident a long time ago,when I was a newly-arrived U/T controller at Eastern Radar.A departure from Manchester tracking to OTR comes on frequency "London - Speedbird xxx climbing to FLxxx,we've just had a Lightning cross our bows"My mentor takes the R/T,& asks if the pilot wants to file an Airmiss - he doesn't.So then my mentor asks for the pilot's name,to which the reply was "Bull"...( pause )..."as in male cow ".On our next break my mentor gets in-touch with Binbrook,and later there was a phone call,and an apology from the Lightning pilot,who had 'bust his level',The apology was relayed to Captain Bull on his return flight later that morning and the matter was closed.
