Chinook F Model Production Halted?

US Army decides to halt production of the F model, what implications will this have on MODs intention to modernise the green fleet?

The US Army plans to keep the Chinook in service till 2064.....at some point they will have to throw some more money into that pot.

Right now they are trying to justify spending lots of R&D money for futuristic concepts such as being tested at Sikorsky and that other place.

Westland could build the Chinook under license like Agusta did in Italy.
