Is that ‘straight in” to 07? Across/under LHR 09L?

I wonder if the feasibility of digging up 07/25 and replacing with 09/27 was looked at. As a long term plan with Heathrow expansion surely this would have been a better strategic move. You could also potentially lengthen the runway. I have no idea about costs but seems like a better long term plan.
