At 4:13, as he stops on the corner, it looks like one pax baled out.

Not what I saw on the video. It came very close to some F-18's and was described as a 'near miss' by the helicopter crew.

No contact was mentioned.

Yes, it is mentioned - look at the text at the end of the video, from 20:40.

From what I've read elsewhere the horizontal stabilizer of the F-18 went straight through the windscreen, killing the passenger instantly (quite probably decapitating her) and the driver died later in hospital from lacerations to the neck...

The search function on Liveleak is, and always has been useless, and the only way to detect duplicate video's is for a human to look and manually intervene, hence lots of re-posts.

Unfortunately, the passenger was killed.
Run from the Police and put lots of innocent people at mortal risk....you deserve whatever happens to you.

That the Driver did not snuff it on scene at the time of the collision is the unfortunate thing in all of this.

It would have made the affair much simpler and cheaper for the Tax Payers.

I wonder if the two kills have been stenciled on the side of the Hornet?

Too soon?
