Top deck is the landing strip - note the cable. Integrated lift to lower deck.

Not sure but it looks like the lower launch deck has integrated EMALS.

Indeed - very 'Thunderbirds'. Can anyone see any benefit in having a split-level flight deck? Looks as if it would just complicate things.
