Scampton?

Possibly just after 27 Sqn reformed with Canberras.

Having matched some of the details seen in the film with old aerial photos, I would agree that it is very likely to be RAF Scampton. There is no doubting the elephant mascot and squadron badges on the aircrew flying suits - 27 Sqn reformed at Scampton, with Canberras, on 15 June 1953 although I see that on the British Pathe website they categorise this film as "Issue Date: 1954".
