German aircraft availability... not

This weeks Flight has an article on the lack of availabilty of German military aircraft....

Type / in service/ available / deployable/ earliest possible replacement

Sea King. 21/ 5/ ???/2023
Sea Lynx. 32/ 19 /6 2025
CH53G. 72/ 40/ 16/ 2023
Tiger. 52/ 39/ 12
NH90. 58/ 37/ 13
H145M. 15/ ??/ 10
A400M. 15/ ??/ 3
Eurofighter 128/ 81/ 39

Lack of spares, people and money........ less than 100 deployable

I think the torpedo was mentioned some weeks ago - also in very low serviceability levels.

Interesting that these figures are made publically available. As these figures are a direct indication as the ability to defend the country.

Let's face it.............. it's not the sort of thing that Mrs Merkle and her cronies have the slightest interest in.

Until they get someone in power who gives a FRA it's not going to change.

Be interesting to see uk numbers as our leaders also don't give a stuff

Only the RN seem to give numbers on ships
