Comments elsewhere suggest the pilot got out with minor injuries, which is very fortunate given that the T-50 flipped on it's back and was burning!

The crash crew only took one minute to get off the volley ball court and get on their way.

ZFT I think you'll find that ORAC was referencing Red Arrows crash (on Blue Peter IIRC) that was as a result of raising the gear too promptly and then settling back down onto the smoke/gun pod. All some of the silly things display pilots will do thinking that it will impress the heck out of the adoring public - 99% of whom wouldn't know a gear lever from a tyre lever...

Looks like nose wheel retracted, or at least folded back, and starboard gear partially travelled.

Flying basics, don’t select gear up until trusty steed is actually flying.

Pilot error to blame for Black Eagles incident in Singapore

The Republic of Korea Air Force has completed its investigation into the Black Eagles incident in Singapore on Feb. 6 and concluded that pilot error was the cause.

The aircraft veered off the runway while taking-off to perform on the first day of the Singapore Air Force.

Investigators determined that the pilot had disengaged the nose wheel steering prematurely. That leads to the jet leaning towards the right side of the runway while accelerating for take off. Proper procedure is to abort the take off but the pilot choose to continue the take off run and correct his mistake. Ultimately, the jet skid off the runway and flipped over.
