I believe there is a PPRuNe rule somewhere that says PPRuNe must not be used in any way as a free advertising medium, so it is possible the Admins have, for the time being, blocked rockape2K7's PM ability, send and receive. Just a thought.

People with a low number of posts are blocked from the PM system until they have established a posting history. Automatic PM activation after a set number of posts without trouble.
