Out in the Colonies I've seen ALL drops stopped after a single malfunction. For days .... I understand the need for diligence and why one has to do the inquiry process, but as with so much in the self-described "World's best small army" the sense of over-reaction is mind-numbing at times.
I'm sure they wouldn't argue should you want to return to the UK...

We lost more vehicles than that in the Keil canal on exercise "Bold Guard" in the 70's!
