Having worked with a 'certain USAF organisation' some years ago, I'm pretty certain that I know what that '135 was doing there...
The PRC needs to consider the bigger picture concerning that part of the world - recent PRNK activities in particular - and how other nations might help their situation.
And that's all I have to say about that...
