Are Saab muscling in on the Rafale deal, I thought it was all signed .

I think the original MMRCA requirement was for 136 aircraft and India eventually cancelled it.
The Rafale deal that still has not been signed is for 36 aircraft so there is a perceived 'gap' of approximately 100 jets. I'm guessing its this 100 aircraft that SAAB are targeting.
