We'll never know of course. It would be professional suicide on this forum to even admit to having read it, never mind posting a link.
Well done, Flt Lt Durban. In the best traditions of the Service indeed!
ie, "Too exhausted to talk to you, but I'll pass on your kind comments to him"!
Dread to think what the Mail would have made of this

Flt Lt Durban is fine too, though I think he was pretty exhausted.
Excellent job and hopefully only temporary problem for the affected pilot and is returned to full fitness soon.
I recall that a Hawk out of Leeming did something similar several years ago when a private pilot lost vision mid-flight.
Edit: was actually a Tin Can out of Linton, he was overhead Leeming at the time. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/n...re/7715345.stm

Below the Glidepath - not correcting
You will never fully understand the nature of the enemy unless you study them. Reading the Daily Fail is an abject lesson in short attention spans, hysteria wrapped up as news, and of course, touting the soft porn they buy from the sleaziest of paparazzi, while claiming the moral high ground. Their success is truly depressing.
