Out in California near Palmdale (current Skunkworks?) there's an air park an SR71, YF12, U2 and an M21 just sat there amongst other machinery. Free to enter too.

The only two seat A-12 is on display outside the California Science Center in LA - it's level with the upper deck of the parking structure which makes for some good pictures.
Even one in the IWM Duxford, although the last time I saw it it was in need of a dust!
