Courtney you then start sending final demands at £30 a pop and if they do not pay up, take them to the small claims court, I think that will

Well, I am considering a Service Complaint about this to highlight these problems. I wonder what other c*ck-ups are occurring - and how many SP do check their pay statements? Funny thing is that they are all in favour of the pay authority, as far as I can make out.
