32 Sqn jet verona organ retrieval flight
I remember being part of Ascot ops in 2003 covering 32TR sqn day to day getting a phone call asking for a jet to take a organ harvest team to verona/villafranca and bring back to uk I remember it flew back into LHR but I cant remember exact dates etc. I know it made the RAF news and the national press but I cant find any more info I was going to use it as evidence of where I had to organise a short notice flight for an upcoming job interview I have with Virgin Atlantic any info would be greatly appreciated.
