Call for Llandudno RAF veteran to get a proper send-off

Apologies if already posted:-

Ex RAF serviceman passes away with no family or friends to attend his funeral

"It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of another RAF veteran with no family or friends to attend his funeral.

Mr Keith Ingham Nutbrown, aged 83, passed away in his care home in Llandudno. It is believed that he served in Ceylon (Sri Lanka).

The RAF Association is encouraging anyone in the area to attend to pay their respects.

Details of the funeral are as follows:

Service to be held on 20 Jan 15, 14:00 at Chester Crematorium, Blacon Avenue, Chester, CH1 5BB."

It was brilliant. The RAF Valley and Leeming Really " did him proud". The chapel was full, more outside. Full Military Honours. And I thought that I might have been on my own.!! The Vicar made a very good sermon and it all showed our great country and people what we stand for!,

Well done to everyone involved in giving this veteran the kind of send off he deserved.

Big Up!

What a thoroughly decent thing to do, giving this man such a fitting sendoff. This is an example of the British values which should be imparted in schools.
