Yes indeed. You have to ask, do we really need carriers that don't have aircraft?

Tres bon indeed - thanks for posting the link. Videos like this of carrier operations serve to remind just how manpower-intensive such activities are. I wonder how long will it take us (UK) to regenerate those myriad skills (I am of course assuming that the need will actually, eventually arise...).

(assume - a word to be used with caution as in 'don't make an ass out of u & me'
