A400

Just nosing around on Flightradar 24 and I see an A400M has just taken off from Mildenhall. Any ideas what it it there for ?

Nope, it was a Turkish AF one ... arrived yesterday (Friday) afternoon. The Turks have a regular supply flight to the USA (about once every 2 weeks -ish) which operates via Mildenhall on both the outbound and inbound leg.

This is either the first or second such flight done by the A400.

(the RAF calls theirs the 'Atlas' ... should have called it the 'fugly').
