is there any evidence that "aptitudes" can be trained in?

I would of though the best preparation for aptitude testing would be to ensure that your gamete suppliers were both superhuman FJ display pilots or similar.

And not speccy with poor lungs like on the other thread...


...added to which, passing the aptitude test is no guarantee of success - over the years I have been "unable to train" many students to brevet standard who had clearly passed the selection tests, but in fact had b*gg*r all aptitude when sat in an aircraft
