US Licensed Biz Jet photographed in Tehran.

American plane owned by the Bank of Utah doing in IRAN | The Daily Caller

Owner is shown as Bank of Utah which is involved in well over a thousand aircraft.

A photo taken in Zurich in January 2014 linked the aircraft to "Bank of America".

No Americans on board.

Fine, but the crew would have to have US Pilot Licenses.

Lots of Non-Americans do.

Was the Sojourn Permit obtained per FAA Regulations?

Want to bet some folks in an American government agency are doing some scrambling to figure out what this is all about? (And not the FAA either).

Love the way the newspaper circles the tiny little US flag on the tail, evidently completely missing the great big N-reg on the port engine.

Mixture, Attention to Detail you know! The wee Flag was much harder to see thus by it being smaller it indicates some grand conspiracy don't you know.
