Wg Cdr Geoff Amor OBE RAF(Ret'd)
Good afternoon,
My wife's great uncle Geoff sadly passed away at the weekend after what was a fantastic life. He flew Spitfires during WW2 then converted as one of the first Meteor pilots in the latter part of the war (616 Sqn I believe) and a number of types before the 'Berra in the 50s.
His funeral is Weds 19th Feb at 13.00, PM me if you require details.
We're trying to put together any stories for the eulogy; it's a long shot given his age but anything welcomed.
Aye,
Max
