CAA Safety Notice Ref Heavy/Heavy wake turbulence

I saw this over on the CAA website, quotes 14 Feb 14 as the introduction date.

I was thinking, how is this going to affect capacity at the likes of LHR?

I suspect "not a lot" since I guess all the "alternative means of compliance" guff means "except at LHR"
