Based on the description given by the fisherman who pulled the pilot out of the water, pilot sustained some ejection injuries, and I am guessing at least a cracked or broken rib is included, and internal injuries as well since he's listed as "critical" condition by the medicos.

Glad he's still among the quick and in a hospital, chances are he'll come around.
