Austronaut Wubbo Ockels

Dear Flying Lawyer,
I am traveling for the next 4 months. No permanent address,
no real computer. So I cannot nominate him myself
Nonetheless I hope someone will find it possible
to recognise Wubbo Ockels (first Dutch astronaut), with whom I worked
many years ago, and who died recently. A character with defects, but also major strengths.
Kind regards, John

The problem I see is that Wubbo Ockels died earlier this month and there doesn't seem to be a category for posthumous awards.
