Iced Up Albert

I am currently teaching Met to the local ATC and wondered if anyone had a copy of the famous photo of Albert on the pan at Gander not long after landing and severely iced over (having descended through severe icing cloud)?

The photo dated from around 1993/4 and appeared in Air Clues.

Try PM'ing Wing Co Spry ... I'm sure Percy would love to volunteer to flick through the back copies for you Monday morning before making the Wing Co's coffee
