XH134/G-OHMD is owned by Mike Davis/Canberra 134 Ltd and operated under the Midair Squadron banner, with the intention to be operated at airshows as a 3-ship team alongside Hunter T.7's XL577/G-XMHD and XL600/G-VETA.

Complete repaint done by 57(R) Sqn at Wyton, led by Pipes. I believe he was due to fly the Canberra on Friday; maybe it was him that flew it into RIAT.

Rick

FAStoat said "What happened to Rick P,also known as Biggles,of Bucc fame?He saw his time out as Cranberry Boss,as far as my grapevine goes, until they were retired.Surely he must be still flying??He also flew the last Bucc flight, did he not??A very spendid bloke, trained in the noble art of elbow bending on the Ark!!(The proper one)"

I don't think that's entirely correct. The last I heard of the Viscount he'd gone to the north of Scotland for his final (non-flying) tour.

Splendid chap and a fly fisherman par excellance to boot.

Regards,

Vernon

Was at the Goodwood Revival at the weekend, and it was lovely surprise to see PR.9 WH134 giving a display..... and it looks great in the new all silver paint job.

Don't know who was flying it though.
