Jimmy Flint

Wander00, thanks. Sir Michael is the president of our 50 and 61 Sqns' Assoc and Jimmy Flint our vice-president. You may wish to Google the Assoc website and read the story of Jimmy; well worth a look. He also appeared in the Antiques Road Show prog in Lincoln cathedral a year or so ago talking about his experiences. Sir Michael was the last CAS to see wartime service and although he is not in the best of health, he is as sharp as ever.

Just seen the Op Chastise celebration at RAF Scampton yesterday on iPlayer. Outstanding; just a pity the commentary was so bad. RAFC Cranwell Band and the QCS as ever. I salute the 2 remaining aircrew attending .
